Education in action

The Southwest Symphony Youth Series partners with Lea County Schools to introduce young minds to the wonderful world of performing arts, many for the first time. Our commitment to education outreach is evident in the thousands of K-12 students who have experienced the residency workshops and special performances of the past 38 years. Our goal is not only to educate these students, but to expand their minds through the energy of live performance and inspire them to see the benefits of seeking the arts throughout their lifetime.
